I wanted to sew a valance and table runner for the kitchen, so B broke out my sewing machine for me. As soon as Quentin saw it, he was full of questions and wanted to try it out. Since the valance was an easy project, I let him help. He was such a good helper, he helped thread the needle, push the gas pedal as he called it and cut the thread. He loves sewing and can't wait to help me sew the table runner. The first thing he said the next morning when he woke up was "I want to do some more sewing."
I started this blog for my parents, who recently moved to the Philippines, so they can peek in on the Givens family daily life and keep up with all of Quentin's silliness.

The Gum Shooter!
Still skinny
Quentin has always been a bit skinny, he's a little low on the weight chart. Well, he's so low that he's not even on the weight chart. He's healthy, just very active. My mom recently saw the "serious face" photos of Quentin that I posted and in one of her emails to me she commented that Q didn't look so skinny anymore. I think it's his cheeks that are fooling her, he's still skinny....he just turned three at the end of March and those are 18 month shorts that he's wearing.
